Upon receiving my first professional massage at the age of 9, I knew I had fallen in love with the way massage made me feel. Suffering from headaches at the time, I owe my parents immense gratitude for introducing me to the world of health and wellness. Receiving massage helped me manage the pain, and I gained a better understanding of the way my body works, and what I need to do in order to feel my best. At the age of 22, I realized I had the desire to learn how to share this gift that had been given to me. I moved from my hometown of Glendale, CA to the beautiful state of Colorado to earn my certification at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. I learned that massage is a blend of both science and art, and I've been proud to be a part of this industry since 2005.
Massage, acupuncture, yoga, meditation, walks, good food, and great company are all forms of my self care. Along with the joy of raising my daughter and son with my husband, I'm grateful to have found work I love to do. I'm honored to be a part of your wellness journey, and be able to share my love for massage therapy with you.
