After receiving my first professional massage at the age of 9, I knew I had fallen in love with the way massage made me feel. Suffering from headaches at the time, I owe my parents immense gratitude for introducing me to the world of health and wellness. Receiving massage helped me manage the pain, and I gained a better understanding of the way my body works, and what I need to do in order to feel my best. At the age of 22, I realized I had the desire to learn how to share this gift that had been given to me. I moved from my hometown of Glendale, CA to the beautiful state of Colorado to earn my certification at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. I learned that massage is a blend of both science and art, and I've been proud to be a part of this industry since 2005.
Massage continues to be my form of self care. Along with acupuncture, yoga, meditation, being surrounded in nature, and filling my time with people who I love, I strive to seek the best version of myself everyday. By giving myself this love and attention, I'am able to provide massage to anyone seeking to continue or start their wellness journey through this incredible form of therapy. It is said that massage can be dated back to 3000 BCE (or earlier) and I find it to be an honor to offer these services in our modern world.
